General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Article 1 - Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between WECO CONSULTANTS (“We”) and any client (“You”) wishing to purchase services through our website. By accessing our site and placing an order, you unreservedly accept these GTCS. These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties and specify the conditions under which the services are provided.
Article 2 - Purpose
The services offered include business consulting, administrative assistance, and accounting services. These services are provided in accordance with the regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates. We are committed to delivering services in line with the descriptions presented on our website.
Article 3 - Orders and Validation
Any order placed through our website implies express acceptance of the GTCS. The order is validated after receipt of payment and confirmation by us. The client receives an order confirmation via email. In case of an error in the entered information, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.
Article 4 - Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are indicated in AED and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made online using the payment methods available on our website (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). An invoice will be issued and sent to the client upon payment validation. No refunds are possible once the service has begun, except in cases of force majeure or cancellation by our company.
Article 5 - Service Delivery and Execution
We commit to providing services within the agreed-upon timeframes with the client. However, these deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on external factors (administrative delays, client availability, etc.). In case of significant delays, the client will be informed as soon as possible.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, immaterial services are not subject to a right of withdrawal once they have begun with the client's consent. However, we will consider any cancellation request before the actual start of the service.
Article 7 - Liability and Warranty
We undertake to provide our services with diligence and professionalism. However, we cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, misuse of the services by the client, or the client's failure to fulfill their obligations. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount of the invoiced service.
Article 8 - Personal Data Protection
The data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and is not shared with third parties without your consent. You have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data by contacting us at hello@wecoconsultants.com .
Article 9 - Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be prioritized. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction. The client and the company agree to cooperate in good faith to find a satisfactory solution.
Article 10 - Modification of the GTCS
We reserve the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The new versions will be applicable as soon as they are published on our website and will apply to any new orders. Clients are encouraged to regularly review the GTCS to stay informed of any changes.
